Inspect

Measure

• Read the VFD status and fault log4 min
• Compare the VFD speed reference against its output5 minhint

• Measure incoming line voltage6 min

Operate

• Bump the motor and check rotation direction6 minhint

Safety

• Apply lockout/tagout and verify zero energy9 minhint

Repair

• Open the suction valve fully and confirm the stem5 min

• Close and chain the manual bypass valve4 min
